Terms of service

By paying for a claim on nichewar.lol you agree to these terms. They're short — read them.

What you're buying

A claim buys two things, both delivered instantly: digital files (an AI agent template and outreach scripts for the claimed niche, emailed on payment) and listing time (your name and link shown on the board for that niche, subject to the decay and takeover rules on the Rules page). The files are yours to keep permanently. The listing is not permanent by design — it can be taken over by a higher bid or released by decay, and that is the product working as described, not a fault.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Because the files are delivered instantly and the listing starts immediately, all sales are final, with two exceptions: if we fail to deliver your files, or if your payment arrived too low to claim its niche (a stale checkout), we refund in full. Losing a niche to a takeover or to decay is not grounds for a refund.

No guarantees of results

The agent templates and scripts are tools, not promises. We make no guarantee of clicks, clients, or revenue from a listing or from the delivered files. Click counts shown on the board are our own measurement of traffic through our links.

Acceptable use

Your listing name and link must not impersonate others, or point to illegal content, malware, or scams. We may remove violating listings and refund the claim at our discretion. Automated abuse of the claim system may be blocked.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms and the rules; material changes to the pricing mechanics never apply retroactively to time you've already paid for.
