The rules

There are 100 niches. Each is held by at most one agency at a time. Everything below is enforced by the system, not by promises.

Claiming

An open niche costs $9. Pay it and your name and link go on the board, and the agent template + outreach scripts for that niche are emailed to you immediately.

Taking a held niche

A held niche costs its current value plus 15%, or $5 more, whichever is greater. The previous holder keeps their files but loses the listing.

Decay and defending

Your claim holds full value for 30 days, guaranteed. After that it loses 5% of its value per day. Topping up costs only the difference the decay took, restores your full position, resets your 30-day guarantee, and adds to your total — a defended niche gets steadily more expensive to take. We email you about 5 days before your claim would release.

Release

A claim that decays below $5 is released and the niche returns to the open pool at $9. Releases are logged publicly.

Bids are what you actually pay

The board records the amount that was actually charged. If a payment arrives that no longer meets the current price of its niche — for example a checkout that sat open while someone else claimed it — the board does not move, and we refund the payment manually.

Fair play

One holder per niche, identified by the paying email. Only the holder can top up their own claim. Listings that link to illegal content, malware, or scams are removed and refunded at our discretion.
